Terms and conditions
Minimum Opening Order: Minimum order per product category (titanium or silver) is 1.500,00 € for new ordering. For new accounts, initial orders must be paid in advance in order to ship.
Re-ordering Minimum: There is no minimum for re-ordering. However, for orders above 1.000,00 €, we offer free shipping.
Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations should be submitted, in written form, to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
Methods of Payment: We accept the following:
- Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards of Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Please consider we cannot be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of delivery of the ordered purchases if your credit card issuer refuses or declines the for the payment authorization, for any reason.
Production: We ask for one (1) month for production. However, the order is likely to be shipped earlier. We are available to provide accurate shipping estimations throughout the order process and contact you about the date.
Shipping: We offer free shipping for the opening order, while for re-order, free shipping is offered for orders of a minimum of 1.000,00 €.
International Shipping: We ship internationally to most countries, under the term that we can insure the package for the total value of its content. This decision is not up to us. It is chosen by the carrier. You can ensure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at the e-mail: email@example.com.
Customized Orders: Special orders are welcome and encouraged! We love to design and create customized jewels for our customers. For any customized order requests, please contact us at the email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Most items can be made with different stones, metals, and components, with relevant additions or subtractions to the piece.
Repairs and maintenance: We repair any breakage due to production faults free of charge. Items damaged due to usage reasons, as well as elective repairs, such as ring resizing or changes to the design, typically incur a charge depending on the kind of repair. For all elective repairs and repairs needed due to usage reasons, shipping cost is a burden for the customer. If additional materials are required, there will be an additional charge to cover those costs. If an earring is lost, we can typically make a mate for half the price of a complete pair of earrings. It must be noted that some stones are one of a kind, and we will do our best to match them, but there are some limitations depending on what is available. We also take over jewel maintenance, regarding color and brightness, free of charge. In this case, the customer will be charged only with the cost of shipping.
Each piece of GiampourasCollections is the result of careful research applied to Greek artisanal craftsmanship. We do believe that each minor imperfection makes a jewel unique.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, please email us at email@example.com within five days to begin your exchange. After 15 days, we will not accept the exchange.
Please notice that we accept exchanges only under the conditions mentioned below.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition (no damage)
- Products must be returned within their original package with the receipt/invoice.
- Products are not customized in any way (engravings, etc.)
Please consider that return shipping costs will be borne only by you, and therefore they will NOT be refunded.
