Nevertheless, because of possible defects of the monitor or maybe photographic techniques may alter their perception, we specifically ask you to bear in mind that some products on this website can slightly appear greater or smaller than their real dimensions. For example, some items may be displayed with greater dimensions than their actual in order to show details in the clearest way possible. Or with smaller dimensions to show the object as a whole.
Order Information
The purchase order must be done throughout a specific form on our website.
Considering each item as especially handcrafted creation, in some cases, it may take up to 15 working days to reproduce it.
After the order execution, we at GiampourasCollections are going to send you a confirmation email for the purchase and another email informing you about the status of production and of the shipping of the order.
Price
The prices on the product page and on our website are indicated in euro (€), includes VAT and the packaging expenses are on us (excluding shipping costs).
For the delivery within the European Union, no customs duty is applied.
Out of the European Union though, custom duties rely entirely upon the customer, who is considered the importer. We recommend the customer to contact their local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
We reserve our right to change prices at any time. Already ordered purchases will be invoiced with the same price in force at the time of the order.
Guarantees and Liability
Our jewels are made of sterling silver 925, yellow gold, titanium, enamel, precious and semi-precious stones, as described in each of their product description tabs.
Each creation is handcrafted by our creative team, that is the reason why we do believe that eventual imperfection or alteration may express the uniqueness of the piece.
Each single creation package will be delivered with a proper declaration of authenticity based on quality assurance of the materials and production process.

As you need to register for our e-commerce and/or newsletter subscription, you will be required to provide true, accurate, current, complete in all respect information about yourself complete and the proof you are over 18 years old. Please consider how you are the only liable for this information.
