Returns Policy

Each piece of GiampourasCollections is the result of careful research applied to Greek artisanal craftsmanship. We do believe that each minor imperfection makes a jewel unique.

However, if you wish for any reason to return the jewelry,  you have this option, considering that you are entitled to activate it within 100 days of the delivery and only under the conditions that are specifically mentioned below. We do recommend you to prior contact us at customercare@giampourascollections.gr so that to ease the whole procedure.

To exercise your withdrawal rights concerning the contract, you are required to give unequivocal, written, and legally valid notification:

We intend the exact and correct exercise of the withdrawal right under  the following conditions to be entirely respected:

· Products must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition (no damaged)

· Products must be returned within their original package with the receipt/invoice.

· Products are not customized in any way (engravings, etc.)

· If the returned products turn out to be damaged or used, or their value results diminished because of being worn, we at GiampourasCollections do reserve the option to refuse the withdrawal and to charge the customer for compensation.

Please consider that return shipping costs will be borne only by you,  and therefore they will NOT be refunded.

We at GiampourasCollections take no responsibility for goods before they reach us.

Please do not ship any items before contacting us.

Refund

If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, GiampourasCollections will offer a refund credited to the Card or Paypal Account used in the original sales transaction.

Please be aware that in case of a refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do recommend you use a trusted courier or registered post for sending back the goods.

After receiving the returned goods, we at GiampourasCollections are going to check the full compliance with all the above-mentioned conditions. In case of a positive outcome, we at GiampourasCollections will contact you within 48 hours by receiving your returns (excluding weekends and public Greek holidays) with the acceptance of the returned goods by email.

We are going to start the refund procedure within 14 days from the email approval via PayPal or bank transfer.
